IVIG in Outpatient Areas

Hi all! I know this topic has come up before but hoping to learn more about how other institutions handle IVIG dispensing/administration specifically in the outpatient setting (such as in an infusion center).

Inpatient we dispense patient-specific bags but outpatient we dispense bags of multiple vials that leads to cumbersome workflows for nursing and less safety measures with scanning.

1) How do you dispense IVIG doses outpatient
2) If you use multiple vials, what measures are in place to ensure safe administration

Thank you!!
