Labelling for repackaged oral liquids - concentration expression

While I realize that ISMP endorses USP that the most prominent labelling on repackaged meds is total dose per container volume, I am looking for input regarding how your organization expresses concentration, if at all, on the container.

For consistency with bulk bottle labelling, there appears to be lack of standardization with some being expressed as 200 mg/5 ml while other are 40 mg/ml for example.
- Does your organization include concentration on the label other that total amount of drug per total volume in container?
- If yes, does your organization match the bulk bottle labelling in terms of concentration or have you standardized to express concentration consistently per 1 ml volume?
