Med Rec Techs

We are considering re-evaluating our med rec tech reporting structure and wondering how others manage these techs. I appreciate responses to the following questions. Willing to share the data if others are also interested. Thank you!

1. How many med rec techs do you have?
2. What areas are they located?
3. What are the hours for each location?
4. Do you have a technician med rec supervisor?
5. Do you have a med rec tech lead tech? How many if >1?
6. Who is the med rec tech supervisor?
7. If a tech is the supervisor, who does the tech supervisor report to?
