For medication recall management, what proactive approaches do you currently have incorporated into the processes or procedures to ensure an effective response? For example, the ASHP Guidance for Medication Recalls provides guidelines but there is not a specific recommendation on how to directly address situations when a medication recall may cause a potential or temporary drug shortage concern.
