Medication scanning in Critical Care areas

Hello,
We started implementing bedside medication and patient wristband scanning just over one year ago. We have generally good scan rates in our Rehab/CCC/Med/Surg areas of the hospital, however struggle with scan rates in our ICU. I'm looking for input on the following questions:

1. What are your targets for scan rates at your organization?
2. Do these targets differ depending on critical care ares vs. rehab areas?
3. Is barcode scanning expected during resuscitation?
4. Is your organization having trouble with scanning in any specific area? If so, do you suggest any strategies for improvement?

Thank you.
