Medications for Fetal Surgery

Hi All
We have a new fetal surgery program that is starting and the surgeons are requesting a few medications to administer to the fetus. The request is to mix 3-4 medications into 1 syringe in order to reduce having to access the fetus and interupting the sterile field. We are reaching out to some other institutions that supposedly do this, but curious to see if anyone else does fetal surgeries and how they supply the medications for the fetus.

Medications requested:
-atropine PF 0.4 mg/mL: 0.02 mg/kg
-fentanyl PF 10 mcg/mL: 5 mcg/mL
-rocuronium 10 mg/ml PF: 1.5 mg/kg or vecuronium 10 mg/mL PF: 0.1 mg/kg
-epinephrine 0.1 mg/mL PF: 0.01 mg/kg

Doses/concentrations/policies etc would be much appreciated!
Thanks
Lindsey
