Methergen (methylergonovine) for Postpartum Hemorrhage

I am looking into safe practices surrounding the use of methylergonovine for the treatment of PPH. In my experience this can commonly be found in PPH "kits" or "carts" that can be in or out of automated dispensing cabinets. I am looking for feedback on a few different questions:

1. Do you maintain methylergonovine in a kit with other medication used for PPH or separately in ADCs (or ADC locked refrigerator)?
2. If in a physical kit of some kind, is this maintained in an ADC, in a non-linked refrigerator or in some other storage location?
3. Are orders for methylergonovine normally populated on a patient profile, either as a standard set for all deliveries or after ordered if needed?
4. Is barcode scanning utilized in L&D during administration of this drug?

I appreciate any feedback you can provide.
