Monitoring after Extravasation

Does anyone have policy or standardized monitoring (i.e. critical care monitoring for 6 hours) if a patient has an extravasation of a sedative, paralytic, vasopressor, etc due to concern for ADR post extravasation related to variable absorption/effect?
