Oral Liquid Naming Standardization

Looking for some feedback! Does your organization have an oral liquid naming standard for CPOE medication display names? See some examples below.

1. acetaminophen (TYLENOL) solution (no concentration in header)
2. ibuprofen (MOTRIN) 100 mg/5 mL suspension
3. topiramate (TOPAMAX) 14 mg/mL oral suspension

Appreciate your help in advance --
