Outsourced Care-At-Home question Emergency kits

We outsource our Care at home nursing and provide emergency kits. I would prefer that we send these rx's to our outpatient pharmacy instead of sending kits into the home for obvious safety risks.

Would love to hear how others are treating this issue if you outsource.
