Patient Own Medication Storage - refrigerated discharge medications

Hi,

How do you currently manage the storage of patients' discharge medications that require refrigeration while awaiting discharge? We’ve had instances where parents pick up their child’s refrigerated medications, only to find that the discharge has been delayed. I’m curious if anyone has developed a solution for this situation.
