Pediatric Code Meds: Broselow Dose Stickers

Hello colleagues,

For pediatric code support, my institution makes Broselow color coded dose stickers that are placed on common code medications. Pharmacy places the stickers on the drug boxes and has repeatedly mislabeled some of the drugs. Given the other code resources available to staff (including Broselow tape), I am inclined to advise against the addition of this sticker to the drug boxes to prevent future errors.

Does anyone employ a similar strategy of adding a dosing sticker to drug boxes? \
What other strategies have you had success with to promote safety during pediatric codes?

Thank you,
