Phenytoin and Fosphenytoin as hazardous drugs

Now that we are several years into coming up with risk assessments for hazardous drug handling, and now we even have a new NIOSH list pending, I am wondering where hospitals have settled on hazardous precautions for the preparation and administration of phenytoin and fosphenytoin.
Of note, we are an inpatient physical rehabilitation hospital, and these are the only hazardous injectable medications we would potentially compound (although only one request has been made since 2016 to use either of them). We do not have a USP 800 compliant clean room, so I am looking for risk assessments and processes that bypass that need.
Thank you in advance.
