Policy for IV Potassium Push during Asystole

Does anyone have a policy they can share on the administration of IV Potassium Chloride to patients in asystole? We are considering one to spell out situations when a specifically trained intensivists may administer it as clinically indicated. Thank you in advance. -Melody Sun, CHOC Children's
