Do you record the lot and expiration of any or all of the following products in your EHR system (either by nursing during administration or by pharmacy at order entry/verification)?
-prolastin
-IVIG
-Kcentra
-Rhogam
-prolastin
-Rabies immune globulin

Generally the labeling states that it may contain infectious agents which could transmit disease. In the rare event that this would happen or be suspected, having the lot and expiration info would allow tracking to occur at the manufacturer level when reporting.
