Propofol Bolus Regulations?

Hello,
Is anyone aware of any regulations in New Jersey or other state where bolusing propofol is only allowed by a CRNA or anesthesia?

If so, have you identified any exceptions or work around this for this? It is currently our number one most overridden medication in the smart pump and we had initially considered building out a bolus order in epic until we learned of this new regulation.
