Regional and National Medication Safety Conferences

Hello all,

I am a current PGY2 Medication Use Safety and Policy pharmacy resident at Yale New Haven Hospital, located in New Haven, Connecticut. Since this is our first year of our residency program, we are looking into conferences to attend to expand our learning experience in medication and patient safety. We are looking for regional conferences (located in the Northeast) as well as national conferences. Also, if there are any that are open to scholarships/grants if a poster or presentation is given.
