REMS management

Hi there!

Just curious if anyone has any unique systems developed for management of REMS medications throughout their healthcare system?

We are in the process of drafting/updating our overarching policy regarding REMS medications...
* Does anyone else have a REMS policy in place?
* How do you manage regulations / operations around each individual drug?
* Do you have dedicated staff managing REMS medications / updates, operations, etc.?
* Do you have anything built into your EHR (we have Epic) that helps operationalize the requirements around REMS medications that you would be able to share?
