Respiratory Therapy access to ADC refrigerated nebules

Hoping to learn what others are doing to provide respiratory therapy access to refrigerated nebules (dornase, tobi). Presently, respiratory therapy has access to the Omnicell refrigerator to access these medications on units where stocked, but we were cited by ASHP on recent accreditation survey and asked to review our process.

Also, do you have a specific policy that addresses respiratory therapy access to medications? We have a general policy and a list of medications approved for respiratory access but no specific policy.

Thanks for any info you can share!
