Retacrit (epoetin alfa) biosimilar in NICU

epoetin alfa biosimilar on anyone's formulary? our P&T approved conversion from brand however would the NICU patients be excluded from receiving the biosimilar? Does anyone have experience? we usually use the 2000 unit/ml vial to draw up any NICU doses
