Small vs Large Hospital Medication Safety Strategies

Good afternoon,

I would love to hear you experience in implementing safety strategies to multiple sites.

Where I am, often the large academic center struggles to put things into place due to the sheer size and operational issues that they have. They often ask to opt out.

As I navigate this issue, Id like to know what others are finding,

Please take this shot 3 question survey- Ill post the results.

Also- what strategies do you employ when you run into this- or to avoid this issue altogether ? We include the members of the hospital to work on solutions and that creates the same problems or a less robust fix.
Any help appreciated !
