StandaPd Labels for IV Compounding Outside of Pharmacy
We recently had a "mock" JC survey. They commented on number of different labels that each care unit uses to label medications when they prepare a medication on the unit.
Does anyone have a process where they've standardized labels for use by nursing units ( other than the general Red labels that most of us probably use in code carts)?
Thanks,
DiAnthia
