Standard Administration Time Policy

Does anyone mind sharing their Standard Administration Time Policy? More specifically a policy with standard times as well as guidance to get back to scheduled time if medication is given early/late. We have a lot of "adjust time" medication messages in EPIC which leads to medications being administered at all hours of the day. Looking for to get medication administration back on track to standard times to help with nurse workflow and better pharmacy efficiencies with regard to medication delivery.
