Sterile Water For Inhalation

I am in communication with our system's respiratory council regarding a concern with sterile water for inhalation provided in flexible IV bags and the potential for incorrect IV administration as they appear very similar to standard IV bags. The product is used to provide humidification for a number of respiratory devices from the CareFusion AirLife line. Does anyone else have any experience with this product? Were any measures taken to distinguish the product from IV infusion therapies? Thanks
