Use of Epic SecureChat

We are implementing Epic Secure Chat in the coming weeks and would like to hear from others who may be using this functionality around any issues they have experienced around following:
1. Use of pharmacy "groups" to manage messages--to avoid messages sent back to one single staff member who may no longer be working (e.g. shift change)
2. Are providers communicating order changes back using SecureChat? If so, how are pharmacists managing these changes--just entering the order based on the message, requiring a phone call, or using "saved work" to pend the order change for the provider to confirm and sign?
3. Have organizations updated policies on verbal/telephone orders to include "electronically communicated" orders?

Thanks in advance for the responses!
