What safety checks are placed at your institutions for the fridge stocking?

What safety checks are placed at your institutions for the fridge stocking?

For example, when the tech is stocking D5W and D10W heparin bag, how do you ensure that the bags are stocked in the correct bin? at our institution, the bins are on the different shelf and different color bins, and we still had an event where D10 bag was placed in the D5 bag bin. Also, what safety checks are placed at nursing level when scanning is not a hard stop?
