If you have more than one concentration of PCA for the same medication, how do you safeguard from incorrect concentration selections in the pump:

a) Only one concentration is available for each PCA medication.

b) We have a separate pump profile for REGULAR and HIGH DOSE, but high dose profile requires pain team approval.

c) We have a separate pump profile for REGULAR and HIGH DOSE, no special approval needed.

d) We have all concentrations available for PCA using one pump profile
