The Strategies Worth Sharing session is scheduled for Wednesday, June 10, 2015 from 8 -10 am at the 2015 Medication Safety Collaborative. Notice that this session used to be called “Best Practices” but has been renamed to avoid confusion with the ASHP award program called Best Practices.
I am looking for clinicians who may be interested in presenting during this session. The session will consist of three to four 20-30 minute topics on how you have improved a system or process at your hospital. In general, it should be a practical solution, applicable to many hospitals/institutions, not so innovative/expensive that most people can’t do it but not so common that everyone is doing it.
Past topics include vincristine minibags in pediatrics, use of insulin pens inpatient, handling of U500 insulin, etc.
