Alcohol for patients

How do your inpatient hospital pharmacy handle alcoholic beverages for patients?

1. Pharmacy buys and dispenses alcohol for patients with a physician's order
2. Nutrition/Dietary buys and serves alcohol to patients with a physician's order
3. Patients must supply their own alcohol with a physician's order
4. Your hospital is alcohol free (none of the above and no alcohol for patients)
5. Other (please explain)

Thanks -
Chad
