BCG Compounding in Clinic Setting

Hello,

Our health system owns urology clinics that are compounding BCG in their offices. With the rollout of USP 800 we are working to try and give them practice guidance.

How does your system or physician offices handle BCG compounding? If you could share any polices or SOPs you have on this topic that would be appreciated.
