Bolus Insulin Timing in EPIC Surrounding Meal Trays

Hi everyone, reaching out to see how sites using EPIC schedule bolus insulin around meal times/trays?

Trays are delivered at different times on different units, causing some humalog orders to be "over due" by the time trays arrive. Current humalog times are TID AC 0730/1130/1630.

Wondering if there are creative ways to schedule bolus insulin that works for others.
