Calcium Chloride Restrictions

I was wondering how everyone is addressing calcium CHLORIDE based on recommendations from the latest ISMP Action Agenda. We have the 1g/10mL emergency syringes available and are looking to increase safety around them. Do you require a central line or just have a max push rate for emergencies. What situations do they really need chloride vs gluconate? Appreciate your input.
