Cerner and Med Rec/Med History

Was wondering if anyone who uses Cerner and has a good process for med history and med rec can reach out to me and be open to a conversation?

I'm new to an institution that has Cerner and the compliance with med rec is not very good...looking for some built in forcing functions within Cerner that people may have utilized to accomplish improved compliance.
