COMPOUNDING ALTEPLASE SYRINGES

Hello Everyone,
Years ago we use compound alteplase 1 mg syringes and freeze for 6 months pre USP 797. I realize the package insert states 8 hour stability. There are studies that support compounding stability and cyro storage of -30C for 22 weeks. Any infor would be appreciated.
