Different Route Infusions

I wanted to poll this group specifically on what protections you have around IV bags and syringes that are NOT FOR IV USE. Examples would intra-articular injections and epidurals. Specifically:

1. Do you have a specific color sticker for NOT FOR IV USE that is different than other stickers?
2. What besides the route do you have pre-printed on the label?
3. Is there another warning or item that you have physically attached to the bag or syringe?
4. Is there something else that you could comment on during the storage or dispensing stages of the Med Management process (or transferring from Pharmacy to providers)?

Thank you in advance.
