Diversion Prevention Task Force Development

Hello,
We're in the early stages of developing a multi-disciplinary structure for a Diversion Prevention Task Force.
Would anyone be willing to share their insights on development and/or any policies, workflows or SOPS related to this huge endeavor?

Thanks!
