EMR-TPN orders or compounder intraoperability

There have been a few threads as of late, regarding TPN processes, Is there anyone utilizing Cerner who has found a method to bring custom TPNs into CPOE? It would also be a bonus if a method to link electronic orders with the compounder, thereby reducing/eliminating risks inherent with transcription.
