Epic Insulin Infusion Calculator

For those on Epic utilizing the insulin infusion calculator functionality, would you be willing to share your build? Our workgroup is currently discussing how to "reset" the calculator when a patient returns to the floor from a procedural space as it gets tricky with the look back function for 3-factor insulin titration. Thanks in advance!
