Fosphenytoin units on pumps

If you have fosphenytoin in your IV and syringe pump drug libraries, how is it built since the units are mg PE? Our Plum360 pumps and Medfusion 4000 syringe pumps (for NICU drips) do not have PE as a unit option, but Meditech has fosphenytoin doses in PE, so having the units in mg on the pump can cause confusion with nursing.
