Insulin for microneedling (dermatology)

Good afternoon All,

Do any of your facilities use insulin for microneedling? What is your process for dispensing insulin? Do you allow dermatology to keep a vial in the clinic ADC to use as needed or do you have them enter an order per procedure and request it from the inpatient pharmacy?
