Ketamine Dosing Units

Our EHR currently allows ketamine infusions to be ordered with six different dosing units (e.g., mg/kg/hr, mcg/kg/min, mg/hr, mcg/min, etc.). We are struggling to reach consensus to standardize to a single unit. Our leadership is interested in what other large health systems are utilizing as the dosing units for ketamine infusions. What ketamine infusion dosing unit(s) are allowed at your facility? Thanks in advance!
