NIOSH table 1 ORAL Meds

Wondering if anyone has strategies for handling situations where NIOSH table 1 oral medications need to be given via routes other than Oral, i.e. NG/OG/JT. Seems like USP 800 does not allow manipulation of a tablet or capsule outside of a CACI/BSC/powder hood?
