One hour Sepsis Bundle

Good afternoon,

Does anyone have information with regards to processes in your Emergency Department to meet requirements of One Hour Sepsis Bundle (door to ABX time of one hour): specifically IV push antibiotics (ABX)? Which ABXs do you have for IV push administration? Are the IV push ABX diluted/compounded by RN or in Pharmacy? Storage in remote location? BCMA required? We are addressing all of these concerns now and have considered ISMP Best Practices for Adult IV Push Medications. We have reviewed Hospital Pharmacy article from 2018, Emergency Nursing Journal Practice Improvement project article from 2017 and the Vizient May 2020 IV push medication reference, along with package labeling. Any additional thoughts would be helpful.

Thank you in advance for your consideration and your reply.
