Outpatient Infusion Center Assessment

Greetings-
Our organization has recently partnered with several new outpatient oncology infusion centers, and our team is starting to evaluate their medication use processes.

We have reviewed the ISMP Self-Assessment tools, but wanted to know what other organizations have used as an assessment tool when evaluating their outpatient oncology infusion centers and care areas.
