- Who prepares your pediatric enteral feeds and what safeguards do you have in place for the process?
- Does pharmacy participate in the direct mixing of enteral products, including specialty formulas for patients with allergies?
- How does it get labelled?
- Does it get scanned?
- How do you check for allergies?
- Do you have double verification process?
