Percent Changes on IV Drips

All,

Having a debate on secondary changes to IV infusions with my quality while doing an TJC prep assessement. Initial rates should be incremental units but we have an insulin order set to resume by 50% if insulin must be halted. An additional example propofol decrease by 50% if MAP drops below XX value. Am I missing something that TJC doesn't allow this type of order?
