prioritizing CARBOplatin and CISplatin patients

Have any facilities developed criteria for use for carboplatin and cisplatin that you are willing to share?
In the scenario of having multiple patients with curative potential, but an inadequate supply to treat each patient, we'd like to establish some objective criteria or a scoring rubric that can be used to help prioritize patients.
