Safety Metrics

Hi all,
We are looking to revamp our safety dashboard, specifically when looking at bar code medication administration data. What metrics or data do you pull and analyze when focusing on bar code medication scanning? Do you focus on only high alert medications or all medications with bar code scanning? At our institution, we are trying to determine how to make the largest impact with our dashboard data. Thanks for any advice or direction you might have!
