Tranexamic Acid Vials vs. Bags

For pediatric patients, Is anyone using pre-mixed tranexamic acid bags (instead of vials) for anesthesia/OR use to prevent the possibility of intrathecal administration? If yes, have you had any issues with fluid overload (pre-mixed bag more dilute 10 mg/mL)? Thank you! -Nick
