treatment for IV infiltration/extravasation

Which agent do you use for treating IV infiltration/extravasation?
phentolamine or terbutaline?
Our priamary agent is phentolamine, but considering terbutaline as permanent alternative due to mfr supply issues with phentolamine.
For those instituions that use terbutaline, can you comment on its effectiveness?
thank you.
